Shipping policy

Free shipping across India, on every order. No minimum.

When your order ships
We dispatch orders within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). The moment yours leaves, we email you a tracking link.

When it arrives
Most orders arrive within 8 business days of being placed. Metro cities are usually quicker; some pincodes take a few days longer. During festivals, sales or bad weather, couriers can run late, and we'll keep you posted if yours does.

Tracking
Use the link in your shipping email. It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first update to appear.

Where we ship
Within India only, for now.

Changing your address
Message us before your order is processed, and we'll try to update it. Once it's processed by the courier, we can't redirect it.

If delivery fails
If the courier can't deliver (an incomplete address, or no one available after repeated attempts), the parcel comes back to us. We'll get in touch to arrange a reship at no cost.

If your order hasn't arrived
If tracking hasn't moved in 5 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, write to us. We'll chase the courier and sort it out.

Damaged in transit
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging. See Returns Policy for what happens next.
